Re:Element Ridge Subdivision ANN24-000013 /SPP24-000002
Dear Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission,
If the Element Ridge Subdivision proposal of single-family residential development
with 215 buildable lots were to be approved,the elementary students residing in the
development would attend either Falcon Ridge Elementary or West Canyon
Elementary,depending on how the Vallivue School Board of Trustees approve for the
new elementary attendance boundaries in the upcoming months.Middle school
students would attend Vallivue Middle School,and high school students would attend
Vallivue High School.
Although the district currently has capacity in the near future to accommodate new
students with the two new elementary schools opening in the fall of 2025,it is
projected that the already approved subdivisions will put 7 of Vallivue’s 9 elementary
schools overcapacity by 2029.
