No, you can disregard the comments from July. The response dated October 10 stand. We have no
objections to the application.
Alex Jondel from Ardurra sent us an updated TIS and we were able to review it. The difference in units
did not create more of an impact.

Just to clarify, are the comments from the July memo still applicable for this case, if you are still needing to review
the updated TIS based on the change from 176 to 215 units?

Hi Niki,
I have attached the letter from you dated October 7, 2024 that asks for an updated TIS. We have a TIS dated August
2024. Is this the TIS you have on file that you need to be updated? The letter says see attached, but Alex didn’t have
anything attached and he no longer works for the city.
