Project Description Single Family Residential with 215 buildable lots

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the state highway system.
2. The total buildable lots that was provided in the application to the City of Caldwell is greater than the total
buildable lots that was studied in the Traffic Impact Study (TIS) dated December 2023 (see attached document).
3. ITD has previously approved the TIS and responded with a Staff Report accepting the study. However, with the
increase of buildable lots, ITD would request an updated TIS to reflect the changes.
4. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of any submitted traffic generation data or other
requested documents.
