1. Road names are approved as of 08/15/2024. 2. Additional drive isle named “Golden Valley Dr”, approved on 08/20/24 will need to be added to the preliminary plat. Lot and Block Numbers

1. Any changes to street names, lots, blocks, or phase lines shall be approved by the Mapping Department prior to construction drawing approval for the phase where changes are intended.
