Notice of Neighborhood Meeting | Element Ridge Subdivision | July 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM
Dear Neighbors:
You’re invited to attend an informational neighborhood meeting regarding the property highlighted in
blue below. The project is located on the northwest corner of 10th Ave and David Street, parcel number
R3268100000. The proposed Element Ridge Subdivision is a low-density residential community with
single-family detached homes and associated community amenities. We plan to submit an annexation
application and a preliminary plat application to the City of Caldwell.
This meeting will be held on July 9, 2024, Starting at 6:00 PM at the park located on the southwest
corner of Rosewood Street and Horizon Drive. Attached is a map of the exact meeting location.
