Good morning,
I realize that the date to have input for the new CBH subdivision to the east of our
Cumberland homes has passed but we are new owners here on Gap Creek Avenue and we
wish to make our wishes in this proposal made official.
If you allow the road into our subdivision it will then allow all of the traffic from the new CBH
homes to funnel through what is now a quiet area with little traffic. We are concerned about
what will happen to the quality of our life and enjoyment of our property.
Please make the CBH developer make his own plans for moving forward with proper ingress
and egress of the traffic from his development.
