Date: February 14, 2025. The Mapping Department provides the following comments on a request by John Giuliana, on behalf of MTP Acquisition Linden LLC, is requesting preliminary plat approval for a 6 lot industrial subdivision in the M-1, Light industrial zone. The proposed site is addressed as 5104 E Linden St. (R3585200000) and is located on the southwest corner of E. Linden St. and S. KCID Rd. in Caldwell, Idaho.

Address Number 1. Addressing shall be assigned by the Mapping Department before permitting. 2. Addressing shall be assigned after the Mapping Department receives both a CAD file and a copy of the recorded final plat for each phase. Street Names 1. Not approved.
