Dear Neighbor,
You’re invited to attend an informational neighborhood meeting regarding the property highlighted
in blue below. The project is located on the southwest corner of Ustick and Farmway, parcel
number R3259900000. The proposed Aspen Falls Subdivision is a low-density residential
community with 115 single-family detached homes and 16 common lots with associated
community amenities. We plan to submit an annexation application and a preliminary plat
application to the City of Caldwell.
