2020 Chip Sealing: Beginning on May 1 until June 30, 2020, subject to weather conditions, the Caldwe::
Street Department will be performing street maintenance, such as sweeping. flushing, patching, and
seal coating. Seal coating will begin June 1, 2020. The first area affected will be 10`h Ave from 1.84 tc
Cleveland. The area from Ash Street South to Ustick %vith Farm way Road being our West Border and
the East border will be College Avenue. f ime and resour(es pending, the area would be expanded
with the same North and South boundary but, will proceed beyond College Avenue, East to Indiana
Avenue
Please watch for trucks, rollers, other heavy equipment & flagging personnel directing traffic. "No
Parking" signs will be posted on streets to be seal coated up to 2 days prior. All vehicles and all inop.
erative vehicles, boats, trailers, basketball hoops, trash cans etc. must be removed from the street as
soon as possible when the "No Parking" signs are posted. if not removed from the street they will be
towed at owners' expense. For further information regarding street maintenance, please contact

MENCIONADAS, TODOS LOS VEHICULOS INCLUYENDO MOTORHOMES,
BARCOS/LANCHAS, TRAILAS, ETC., DEVERAN SER SACADOS DE LA CALLE.

NOTICE
THE CITY OF CALDWELL STREET DEPARTMENT WILL BE PERFORMING
STREET MAINTENANCE, SUCH AS SWEEPING, FLUSHING, PATCHING, AND
SEALCOATING. THIS WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM MAY 1 THROUGH JUNE
30, SUBJECTTO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
THE STREET DEPARTMENT WILL BEGIN SEALCOATING STREETS JUNE 1
AND CONTINUE THROUGH JUNE 30. PLEASE WATCH FOR TRUCKS,
ROLLERS, OTHER HEAVY EQUIPMENT, AND FLAGGING PERSONNEL
DIRECTING TRAFFIC. SEALCOATING SCHEDULE WILL AGAIN DEPEND ON
WEATHER CONDITIONS.
"NO PARKING SIGNS" WILL BE POSTED ON STREETS TO BE SEALCOATED
JUNE 1 THROUGH JUNE 30. DURING THE ABOVE DATES, ALL VEHICLES
INCLUDING MOTORHOMES, TRAILERS, BOATS AND INOPERATIVE
VEHICLES, ETC., MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ARE NOT REMOVED FROM THE
STREET, THEY WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.
