Dear Outside Agencies and Internal City Departments:
You previously received a request for comments for this parcel on October 13, 2024. At that time the application
was advertised as a development agreement modification, however, the application request has been changed to
a special use permit application. The request however is the same, to permit a flex space use in the M-1 zone. The
flex space would include only those uses directly permitted in the M-1 zone. Please let me know if you have any
questions or desire to change any comments you provided.
You are hereby being notified, pursuant to the Local Land Use Planning Act, Idaho Code 67-6509.
Outside Agencies:
Outside agencies are invited to provide written testimony and/or comments by the date specified within the
attached notification. The deadline for written testimony is to ensure planners can consider the information as
they develop their staƯ report and recommended findings. All items received by the deadline will be placed in the
hearing packet, allowing the hearing body adequate time to review the submitted information.
Internal City Departments:
Deadline dates for conditional and/or final staƯ reports are specified in the attached notification and have been
put into the Citizenserve database under each department review task.
