which point is also the Westerly right-of-way boundary of S. Georgia Avenue and which point is the
Northeast corner of Nottingshire Development and the True Point of Beginning; Thence, traversing the
North boundary of said Nottingshire Development; South 89°29'50” West along a line parallel with the
South boundary of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 125.00 feet; Thence,
South 0°13'10” East along a line parallel with the East boundary of said Tract “L,” a distance of 67.00 feet;
Thence, South 89°29'50” West along a line parallel with the South boundary of said Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 120.00 feet; Thence, South 50°38'28” West, a distance of 113.94 feet
to the Northwest corner of said Nottingshire Development, which point lies on the centerline of a Pioneer
Irrigation District Lateral known as College Lateral; Thence, leaving said North boundary and traversing said
lateral centerline: North 29°52'50” West, a distance of 374.81 feet; Thence, North 07°29'30” West, a
distance of 139.72 feet; Thence, North 25°07'40” West, a distance of 18.72 feet to the North boundary of
said Tract “L”; Thence, leaving said lateral centerline and running North 89°29'10” East along the North
boundary of said Tract “L” which line is the Southerly right-of-way of E. Locust Street, a distance of 118.43
feet; Thence, South 0°13'10” East along a line parallel with the East boundary of said Tract “L” and the West
