Mayor Wagoner opened the meeting held in the Caldwell City Hall, Council Chambers, at 205 South 6tb Avenue.
Council Members Present: Councilor Doty, Councilor Stadick, Councilor Register, Councilor Williams, Councilor Allgood,
and Councilor Dittenber.
(ACTION ITEM: CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION FROM MAYOR WAGONER FOR THE POSITION OF CITY
ATTORNEY (APPOINTED OFFICIAL) EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 5, 2025)
Mayor Wagoner presented the name of Oscar Klaas for the position of City Attorney effective February 5, 2025, through
September 30, 2028.
MOVED by Stadick, SECONDED by Dittenber to accept the recommendation to appoint Oscar Klaas as City Attorney
effective February 5, 2025.
Roll call vote: Those voting yes:, Stadick, Register, Williams, Allgood, Dittenber, and Doty. Those voting no: none. Absent or
not voting: none. MOTION CARRIED
The meeting adjourned at 4:48 p.m.
