ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL YIZN BY THESE FRESENTS That we, BOYD HILL, .LEE
COCK and ROLLAND PARROTT','all of Caldwell, Idaho, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of one dollar (,,1.0d) to' us paid by W. S.
RODMAN,,'.JR.,'of Boise, -Idaho, the receipt whereof"is hereby acknow-
ledged, together with other good and valuable considerations', do
by these presents, transfer and set over to the said Ud. S..Rodman,
Jr. all of our interest in that certain lease'of the Caldwell
Municipal Airport; dated the 1st day of June,.191% *Wade by the
City of.Caldwe'll,.a municipal corporation, to,us, all those certain)
premises situate in the County of Canyon; State;of -Idaho,,`and des-
cribed as follows, to -wit:
That 'certain portion of the Caldwell Municipal Airport,
together with certain buildings thereon as' hereinafter
particularly described,•to-wit: That certain wooden hangar
known as the North Hangar, -north of the,Administration
Building; that,certain red rock building known as.the
Administration•Building; that certain frame building located
south of the •Administration Building known as the class
.room; -that certain large -cement block -hangar located south of
the Administration Building; together with that piece of
ground commencing at the'Southeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter (ST;Tfl "of Section 21,'. Township 4-North, Range 3
West of the Boise Meridian, and running .thence West and,.
along the South line of said Southwest'Quarte.r (Swd ) a
distance,of '110.0 feet; thence North and•parallel with the
East line of said Southwest`Quarter'(SVJ4) a'distance of .
952,.0,;feet to the point.of beginning; thence continuing
North`and`parallel'w th the'East line of said Southwest

at a right angle.,,to,the East fine of said Southwest Quarter

more or less.
TO HAVE AND,TO HOLD unto the said 14. S.. Rodman, Jr., his
administrators, executors and assigns for and during the remaining,
term that,said lease id.in effect, subject, nevertheless, to the
rents, --covenants and conditions and provisions therein contained.

3 a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, pursuant to a resol-
4 ution adopted by the City Council and approved by the t,'ayor on
5 blay 220 1950, hereby consents to the foregoing assignment of lease
6 of Lhe municipal airport dated June 1, 1949, by Boyd Hill, Lee Cock
7 and Holland Farrott, all of Caldwell, Idaho, to V. S. Rodman, Jr.,
8 of Boise, Idaho.
9 IN WITNE33 TH RE^F, the City of Caldwell, pursuant to the
10 resolution mentioned above, has caused this consent to be executed
11 by its Mayor and its official seal to be affixed by its Clerk this
