(Airport Agreement) WHEREAS, on or about July 1, 1940 the City of Caldwell, a municipal corporation entered into a certain written agreement with one Mack S. Johnstone, designated as "Airport Agreement", and, WHEREAS, said agreement was modified by instrument in writing by and between the said City and the said Mack S. John- stone wherein the term of said agreement was extended to Julyl, 1945; and, WHEREAS, on October 13, 1941 the said Mack S. Johnstone assigned his interest in said agreement, by written assignment, to Jack W. l+edlin and John iuiedlin; and, WHEREAS, the said Mack S. Johnstone has requested that the City of Caldwell consent to said assignment, as aforesaid; and, NOW, THEREFORg,the City of Caldwell, a municipal corporation, hereby consents to the assignment of said agreements between said City and said Mack S. Johnstone herein referred to, upon condi- tion that the said assignees, the said Jack W. Wedlin and John Medlin fully comply with all the terms and conditions in said written agreements agreed to be performed by the said Mack S. Johnstone. DUNLAP & DUNLAP LAWYERS a" MAIN ST. CALDWELL.
