Thank you for the reminder, that note will be updated for both phases and I target submitting updates
to the plats and landscape plans for each phase next week.
I can provide tree and shrub counts as well, please see the summary below:

Phase 4 239 (+12, 5.2%) 986 (+414, 72.3%)

Phase 6 79 (-2, -2.4%) 245 (+137, 126.8%)

Although we are providing 8 less trees in Phases 5 and 6 compared to the preliminary landscape plan,
we are providing 12 more trees in Phase 4 compared to the preliminary landscape plan. For the
community as a whole, we are providing 49 more trees than was originally proposed and over 2,000
more shrubs. I will make sure my revised narratives note make note of these landscape counts.
To clarify, the civil improvement plans for Phases 5 and 6 have been approved for some time, are we
able to precon with Engineering before the final plats have been approved or do precons have to occur
after final plat approval? Engineering has indicated that precons will occur for these phases after plat
approval, but we have preconned for phases 1 through 4 before plat approval. Any clarification would
be greatly appreciated.
