QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this ________ day of _____________, 20_____, between THE DENNIS AND NEVA BOYD FAMILY TRUST, the Transferor, and THE CITY OF CALDWELL, whose address is 205 S 6th Ave, Caldwell, Idaho 83605, the Transferee.
WITNESSETH that the said Transferor, for value received, does by these presents remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM unto the said Transferee, and to its heirs and assigns all that certain lots, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

TRANSFEROR acknowledges that it is the intention of this instrument to convey not only
Transferor’s entire present interest in the described property, but also any, every and all right, title and interest after-acquired by Transferor, and Transferor’s heirs and assigns, through and by operation of law.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the Transferee, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Transferor has hereunto set his hand the day and year first above written.
