I have reviewed the aƩached Trip GeneraƟon Update memo dated April 11.2024 for the Silver Meadows development
located at 3307 UsƟck Road between Indiana Avenue and Lake Avenue in Caldwell. I concur with the conclusions of that
memo and an updated TIS will not be required.
There appears to be some confusion regarding the naming of this project, however. The project is referred to
alternaƟvely as the “Homesteads at Wilson Creek” as well as “Silver Meadows”. Any informaƟon that you can provide
as to the appropriate Ɵtle for this development would be very much appreciated!

Per our conversaƟon, this appears to actually be for the Silver Meadows mixed-use development. I took a look at it and
the conclusions seem reasonable and appropriate. I have saved it to the i: drive and also asked Nicole to save a copy to
