You are invited to a neighborhood mee�ng to discuss our proposed Planned Unit Development
Modifica�on, we are proposing near your property. The purpose of the mee�ng is to discuss the project,
answer any ques�ons, and listen to your feedback and sugges�ons.

Project Summary:
A Planned Unit Development Modifica�on of the previously approved Silver Meadows Planned Unit
Development (PUD22-000009) project is required for our proposed plan encompassing approximately 28
acres near the northwest corner of the Lake Avenue and Us�ck Road intersec�on (commonly known as
3307 E. Us�ck Road). The project envisions a reconfigura�on of the previously approved Silver Meadows
project of 251 residen�al units and our plans are to provide a mix of 251 single and two-story residen�al
housing units along with a clubhouse, open spaces and related ameni�es.
