The project provides for a variety of housing types and sizes including single story 2-bedroom units, single story 2-bedroom duplex units, two story 3-bedroom duplex units, two story 4-bedroom duplext units, two story 3-bedroom townhouse style units, and 4-bedroom townhouse style units. These homes will range in size from 918 square feet to 1,439 square feet.
