These homes will range in size from 918 square feet to 1,439 square feet. These homes will range in size from 918 square feet to 1,439 square feet. The Wilson Creek runs along the eastern and northeastern boundary of our site. This serves as a natural amenity to the project and is where we will be building a section of the regional pathway designated for this location. Thevegetation and topography of the easement will remain in accordance with Pioneer Irrigation District and Bureau of Reclamation standards.XCurrently the property has limited access via Ustick Road at our southern boundary. The Wilson Drain is a significant featur that limits connection to the parcels to our east. Additionally, the subdivsion to our west was not required to provide any stubstreet nor any sort of emergency vehicle access to our parcel when it was platted thus creating the need for a crossing of theWilson Drain at the northern end of our site.Currently the property has limited access via Ustick Road at our southern boundary. Unlike most traditional multi-family/highdensity projects, all residents are able to access their front door from the ground level, which is typically not found in our local market. The private patio yard areas will be a water-wise with a hard surface area along with synthetic grass. These units combine the freedom andspace that comes with single-family living with all of the convenient amenities and low maintenance living of a traditional multi-family community.
