RE: STE24-000001 – Starpointe on Celeste SUP Extension
We have received your request for an extension of special use permit SUP23-000006
associated with DEV23-000001 for the proposed Starpoint on Celeste development, which
was originally approved on July 12, 2023. We have reviewed your request in accordance
with criteria in Caldwell City Code Section 10-03-04(9) and have determined the following:
(A) No significant amendments to the comprehensive plan or City Code have been
adopted that change the basis under which the special use permit was granted.
(B) No significant changes in land use have occurred in the area that will impact or be
impacted by the project.
(C) No hazardous conditions have developed or have been discovered that will impact
the project.
(D) Community facilities and services are still adequate to serve the project.
Based on the above findings, we have approved an extension of two (2) years. The new
expiration date is July 12, 2027.
