Floodplain Development Permit Review
Dear Ms. Hailey,
Keller Associates, Inc. has reviewed the No-Rise Certification resubmittal document from Ackerman
Estvold, dated May 3, 2024. We reviewed the applicant’s package for conformance with the Canyon
County Code and FEMA regulations.
We recommend that the Floodplain Development Permit be APPROVED. Any variance or waivers
to the County standards, ordinances, or policies must be specifically approved in writing by the County.
