The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project abuts the state highway system.
2. The access to this parcel is permitted as a Single Residential Farmyard, Field under ITD Permit No. 03-24-008-A.
3. ITD requires that approach be permitted as a commercial approach. Please submit ITD Form 2109 with all
applicable documents. Since the fee was submitted for the currently permitted approach by the applicant, ITD
is waiving the fee for the commercial approach application.
