Director Robin Collins introduced the speaker, Joe Moss, of Logan Simpson. Joe Moss, spoke about the future comp plan by use of a power point. Commission and City Council Questions for Sta and Applicant: • Boundary lines Joe Dodson, Senior Planner, spoke about future code changes that are related to the comp plan to include a design review for multi -family homes by use of a power point. Commission and Ciro Council Questions for Staff and Applicant: • Current code for amenities, open space and parking requirements for multi -family • Variance or appeals process for smaller developers • Deferred maintenance — code enforcement after completion of projects • Fire requirements • Legislation requirements • Density • Annexation or boundary growth • Downtown area application requirements • Gated subdivisions • Landscaping bonding ADJOURNMENT Mayor Wagoner adjourned the meeting.
