RE: TER24-000011 – Oregon Commons Plat Extension
We have received your request for a plat extension of the Oregon Commons Subdivision
preliminary plat (PUD-21P-01/TE23-000013). We have reviewed your request in
accordance with criteria in Caldwell City Code Section 11-02-04 and have determined the
following:
1. The plat, as previously approved, is still in the best interests of the safety, health,
and general welfare of the city.
2. There have been no significant changes to the city code between the date of plat
approval and the application date of the time extension request that would require
substantial modifications to the lot layout.
3. Any modification to the layout and design of the originally approved plat are
minimal.
4. The plat still conforms with new or amended development master plans, including,
but not limited to public facilities plans, pathways and bike routes plans, parks, and
recreation master plans.
5. The plat is still active and valid.
6. There are no outstanding code violations on the subject property or properties, to
include land use violations.
Based on the above findings, we have approved a plat extension of two (2) years. The
new plat expiration date is December 7, 2026.
