Hi Brent,
We’ve changed up our final plat process to where you submit your final plat at the sametime you submit your construction drawings. Did you want to do a final plat instead of a
time extension? A couple of other applicants have submitted their time extensions whenthey should have done a final plat instead so I wanted to be sure you knew your options.

They haven’t applied for a final plat yet so they probably do need the time extension. Since
they do have approved construction drawings, you could let them know that if they want,
they could submit for a final plat instead, but I seem to remember Jelly telling me that they
weren’t sure if they wanted to proceed or not so that may be why they are asking, to see
how the comp plan turns out.

I have a time extension for Oregon Commons. It looks like there was a TE request
previously (TE23-000013).
