SLS24-000003 2309 Franklin Rd - Hi Kelly, I sent an email the other day but we were having issues with email and it put the sender as someone else. I am sorry. Please disregard those
emails and work from this email. I was assigned this outstanding Lot Split and noticed that it had not been completed. I wanted to follow up and find out first if the fencing will be
removed or moved onto parcel A. Also to complete the lot split you need to RECORD the Record of Survey and RECORD the Deeds with legal(s) for parcel A & B and the ROW Dedication exhibit
and the legal. Please email them to me so I can complete the application and issue the approval letter. If you have decided not to go forward with this please email me that you want
