The proposed use a directly permitted use on the property. The current off-street parking code requires 2 parking spaces for every service bay plus 1 space for every 400 sq. feet of office area. The applicant is proposing to have 2 service stalls and approximately 800 sq. feet of office space. The parking required would be a minimum of 6 spaces. The applicant is proposing 8 parking spaces, one of which will be ADA. Therefore, the parking proposed appears to be in compliance with the Caldwell City code.
