Mayor Wagoner, (virtual attendance), opened the meeting, which took place at Caldwell City Hall, Steunenberg Conference
Room, at 205 South 6"' Avenue.
Council Members Present: Councilor Stadick, Councilor Register, Councilor Williams, Councilor Dittenber, and Councilor
Allgood. Absent: Councilor Doty_
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 74-206, SUBSECTION 111EF1 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING LITIGATION OR WHERE THERE IS A GENERAL PUBLIC
AWARENESS OF PROBABLE LITIGATION)
MOVFD by Allgood, SECONDED by Dittenber to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206,
Subsection (1)(f) for the purpose of discussing pending litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable
litigation.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Allgood, Dittenber, Stadick, Register, and Williams. Those voting no: none. Absent and/or
not voting: Doty.
MOTION CARRIED

MOVEiD by Allgood, SECONDED by Register to adjourn at 1:10 p.m.
Those voting yes: unanimous.
