The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the state highway system.
2. A Traffic Impact Study (TIS) was provided to ITD on August 15, 2024 from the City of Caldwell. ITD requests to
reserve the right to make further comments upon review of any submitted traffic generation data. Currently out
TIS review process takes approximately ten weeks.
3. Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the Traffic Impact Study shall be the responsibility of
the applicant to install.
