HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing on the following application request HAS BEEN
MOVED TO JUNE 18, 2023.:
Request (s): Case Number SUB24-000013: Ackerman-Estvold, on behalf of RDL Concepts LLC, is
requesting approval for a condominium short plat for NR Condominiums. NR Condominiums is a
single industrial lot on said parcel number R3527611000 within the existing North Ranch Business
Park #3 Subdivision which was recorded in 2021. The project consists of thirteen (13) units within
two (2) buildings, which are currently under construction. The approval of the condominium plat
provides a legal document that defines the boundaries, dimensions, and other essential
information related to individual condominium units within a building or complex and is recorded to
convey title to each unit owner and establish their ownership rights. The subject parcel is
addressed as 3902 Muller Drive and is located on the south side of Muller Drive, approximately 264
feet west of Haystack Way, in Caldwell, Idaho.
