REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000041: KM Engineering, on behalf of Pacific Specialty
insurance Co., is requesting final plat approval for Cougar Crossing Subdivision. The preliminary plat for Cougar
Crossing Subdivision was originally approved by City Council as SUB21-000051 on June 21, 2022, and includes 88
residential lots and 9 common lots on 11 acres. The site is located on the west side of N. KCID Rd., approximately
1,300 feet south of the intersection with Marble Front Road, in Caldwell, Idaho.
