On behalf of Pacific Specialty Insurance Co., we are pleased to submit the attached application and required
supplements for the Cougar Crossing Subdivision Final Plat.
The subject property is identified as Parcel No. R3524001000 & R3525100000 or 0 S. KCID Road, approximately
0.5 miles north of U.S. Highway 20/26. This subdivision has been developed in substantial conformance with the
approved Preliminary Plat under ANN21-000019/PUD21-000006/SUB21-000051.
