RE: Case Number ANN24-000004 Arredondo Annexation
Case Number ANN24-000004: Pedro Arredondo is requesting annexation of a 0.48-acre parcel, to include the full width of the adjacent right-of-way, with a zoning of R-1 (Low Density Residential).
The subject parcel is parcel, known as Parcel R2262601000, and addressed as 119 Marvin Street, is located on the north side of Marvin Street, approximately 173 feet east of S. Kimball
Avenue, in Caldwell, Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
