The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Pedro
Arredondo is requesting annexation of a 0.48-acre parcel, to include the full width of the
adjacent right-of-way, with a zoning of R-1 (Low Density Residential). The subject parcel is
parcel, known as Parcel R2262601000, and addressed as 119 Marvin Street, is located on the
north side of Marvin Street, approximately 173 feet east of S. Kimball Avenue, in Caldwell,
Idaho.
Rights-of-Way
1. Marvin Street is classified as a Local Residential Roadway. The applicant shall dedicate as
public right-of-way a minimum twenty-six and one half (26.5) foot half width right-of-way
measured from centerline of roadway (per City Standard R-810 E).
