October 3, 2024 Sarah Davis Planning Tech City of Caldwell 205 S 6th Ave Caldwell, Idaho 83605 Re: Nottingshire Heights Subdivision Time Extension and Renewal Request Dear Ms. Davis: I am writing this letter to request a Time Extension and Renewal for the Nottingshire Heights Subdivision and the Nottingshire Duplexes. The reason for the delay falls upon my contractor. They have been on some larger construction jobs and were unable to dedicate some of their people to work on the construction of our duplexes. Even with our contractor putting us off, the following items were completed within the initial time frame: 1. We worked with the canal company to pipe the irrigation channel and grade out the site. 2. Idaho Power has run power to the site and is ready to place their transformer as soon as we have the underground utilities finalized. 3. We have the underground stormwater retention system on site ready to be installed. 4. We have removed the weeds from the site and it is construction ready. 5. The site has been staked and is ready for the contractor to place the underground utility system. We now have contractors ready to go. In fact, we only realized that we were out of time when the contractor visited the city to pull their permit to work on the infrastructure. We have the full attention of our contractor now to work on the project and we are ready to do so. We thank you for your consideration and willingness to approve a Time Extension and Renewal Request.
