RE: Final Plat for Mason Creek Landing Subdivision No 5
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of Providence Properties, please accept our request for Final Plat Approval for the
fifth phase of the Mason Creek Landing Subdivision. Mason Creek Landing development is
located, northeast corner of Linder Road and Middleton Road. This phase has 76 buildable lots
and 13 common lots on 24.92 acres. This application and attachments are in accordance with the
City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist forms.
