RE: SIT24-000002 – Site Plan/Landscape Plan Review for 3902 Muller Drive
Dear Mr. Lightfeldt,
I have reviewed your request for a landscape plan review for 3902 Muller Drive to permit more
drought tolerant landscaping options and a reduction in the number of proposed trees. The
subject parcel is zoned M-1, Light Industrial, is 2.5 acres in size, and contains two primary
structures, industrial type buildings.
Staff finds the existing landscaping to the east in addition to the proposed groundcover, shrubs,
and trees create sufficient landscaping along the perimeter of the site and within the parking lot
to satisfy City code while reducing the area required for irrigation. Future landscaping shall
comply with the submitted and revised landscape plan as part of this application.
