SUBJECT: Proposal for Paving the Existing Dirt Parking Lot
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally propose the transformation of our existing dirt parking lot into a paved,
functional space. Our project aims to convert the current dirt parking lot, located at 306 S
Kimball Ave, into a well-organized and efficient paved parking area.
We intend to replace the uneven and dusty dirt surface with a durable asphalt pavement. This
upgrade will significantly reduce dust emissions, improve traction, and provide a smoother
experience for both pedestrians and vehicles. The proposed design includes clearly marked
parking spaces, and designated areas for accessible parking. We will adhere to industry standards
and local regulations to ensure compliance.
