RE: SIT24-000007 – Site Plan/Landscape Plan Review for 306 S. Kimball Ave.
Dear Mr. Mussell,
I have reviewed your request for a landscape plan review for 306 S. Kimball Ave. to redevelop a
former parking lot into a new parking lot now that the old building on site has been removed. The
number of stalls do not exceed 12 in length, therefore the only required landscaping is at the
entrance, in accordance with 10-07-09.
Staff finds the proposed landscaping in your revised landscape plan satisfies the landscaping
requirements in code. The Parking lot landscaping will require continued maintenance to ensure
that it remains in good health and does not encroach into the vision triangle. Please let me know
