Neighborhood Meeting Invitation: 1405 Wilson St, Caldwell April 1, 2024 Dear Neighbor, I would like to invite you to an organizational meeting for all the neighbors of 1405 Wilson Street, Caldwell, ID 83605, at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 1405 Wilson Street, Caldwell, ID 83605. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) that will be built behind the Residence of 1405 Wilson Street. A neighborhood meeting is strictly voluntary. It is designed to create a forum for residents to foster a sense of community in the area where they live; to communicate more effectively the needs of our neighborhood; and to encourage residents to work together to keep our neighborhood an attractive and safe place to live. The neighborhood includes everyone who lives within 500ft of 1405 Wilson Street, Caldwell, ID 83605. Any resident or property owner would be eligible to participate and have a voice in addressing issues that directly affects them.
