To Whom it may concern,
This Special Use Permit requested is for a small accessory dwelling unit to built behind the
Dennett’s full time residence. It is only to be 16x13 with living space for 1 person. The ADU
includes a bathroom, a kitchenette and bedroom area; laid out like a 1 room studio. There will be
a small 5x13 covered porch covering the front door. This building of for their son and they would
really like to have it completed before winter as his current living conditions are not ideal for
winter temperatures.

Dear Neighbor,
I would like to invite you to an organizational meeting for all the neighbors of 1405 Wilson Street,
Caldwell, ID 83605, at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 1405 Wilson Street, Caldwell, ID
83605. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) that will be
built behind the Residence of 1405 Wilson Street.
A neighborhood meeting is strictly voluntary. It is designed to create a forum for residents to
foster a sense of community in the area where they live; to communicate more effectively the
needs of our neighborhood; and to encourage residents to work together to keep our neighborhood
an attractive and safe place to live.
The neighborhood includes everyone who lives within 500ft of 1405 Wilson Street, Caldwell, ID
83605. Any resident or property owner would be eligible to participate and have a voice in
addressing issues that directly affects them.
I look forward to answering all of your questions about the project and addressing any concerns
that you may have. Please mark April 1st on your calendar and plan to attend.
