Director Collins sent you an email back in June advising you needed corrections on your SUP before we can move forward with your desired ADU hearing. Please see below:
“The site plan and floor plan/elevation drawings are not legible and need to be resubmitted in a high-definition format. Also, the site plan needs to call out all distances from the
ADU to the property lines and other structures, location and width of all easements and location of all existing utilities.”
You can upload the new documents to Citizenserve.
