To Whom it may concern,
This Special Use Permit requested is for a small accessory dwelling unit to built behind the
Dennett’s full time residence. It is only to be 16x13 with living space for 1 person. The ADU
includes a bathroom, a kitchenette and bedroom area; laid out like a 1 room studio. There will be
a small 5x13 covered porch covering the front door. This building of for their son and they would
really like to have it completed before winter as his current living conditions are not ideal for
winter temperatures.
