SUBJECT: Time Extension Request | Enclave Subdivision No. 1
Dear City of Caldwell Staff:
I am writing to formally request an extension to submit the final plat for the first phase of the
Enclave Subdivision. Located at 12269 Karcher Rd and 12509 Karcher Rd, the Enclave
Subdivision's development agreement was approved on May 16, 2022, and recorded on May 19,
2022 (Instrument number 2022-026416). The first phase of the Final Plat has required extended
coordination with the Bureau of Reclamation for the Wilson Drain Crossing, this has caused a
delay in the progress in the Final Plat submission.
We kindly request an extension of 18 months to ensure sufficient time for the coordination and
fulfillment of any additional requirements outlined by the BOR. It's important to note that within
this application, we are maintaining the integrity of the preliminary plat without any alterations.
We are also committed to adhering to all terms and conditions as outlined in the Development
Agreement.
