RE: Final Plat for Valencia Village Subdivision No 1
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of my client Challenger Development, please accept our request for Final Plat
Approval for first phase of Valencia Village. Valencia Village development is located at the
southeast corner of Middleton Road and Skyway Street. Phase One has 67 buildable lots, and 12
common lots on 14.37 acres. This third phase has single family residential lots ranging from
2600 SF to 3,780 SF in size. The plat includes 12 common lots which provide for storm drainage
and street buffering and pocket park. This application with attachments is in accordance with the
City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist.
