Our application for this project has already been submitted, and we anticipate that the new addresses for the duplex will be 308 Hill Lane, units #101 and #102. We believe that the construction of this duplex will not only benefit our community but also align with the city's vision for sustainable growth and development. Our proposal has been carefully planned to ensure that it complies with all zoning regulations and does not disrupt the character of the neighborhood. The duplex will provide much-needed housing options for residents, contributing to the diversity of housing stock in the area. Moreover, we are committed to implementing design elements that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property and promote a cohesive streetscape. We understand the importance of adhering to the zoning laws and regulations of Caldwell and assure you that our project will be in full compliance with all relevant requirements. We are more than willing to address any concerns or questions that may arise during the review process and are open to making adjustments as necessary to meet the city's standards. We respectfully request that you grant the special use permit for the construction of the duplex at 2620 Syringa Lane, and we look forward to contributing positively to the growth and prosperity of Caldwell. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Ivan Castillo Odyssey Homes May 13th 2024 Edgar Escobedo 224 Dearborn st. Caldwell ID 83605 2620 syringa Ln.
