However, we are submitting the following comments for your consideration. The subject property is adjoined by properties larger than the proposed lot sizes of the subdivision, and such proposed lot sizes would not be compatible with the existing properties. We propose that lot sizes in the subdivision be increased to at least one acre. On the preliminary plat shown to us this spring, the main access was to be provided from 10'h Avenue at approximately the center of the property. This access will provide additional congestion to an already busy 1Oth Avenue as vehicles enter and exit. We propose the main access be provided onto Homedale Road which is less congested. Access to 1Oth Avenue would then be at an intersection which will be controlled by a signal light in the future. Jeffery Jackets Rodgaleen Jackets \E J.
