RE: Case number ANN-165-07 & SUB-185P-07
We may be unable to attend the hearing on the above case. However, we are submitting the
following comments for your consideration.
The subject property is adjoined by properties larger than the proposed lot sizes of the
subdivision, and such proposed lot sizes would not be compatible with the existing properties.
We propose that lot sizes in the subdivision be increased to at least one acre.
On the preliminary plat shown to us this spring, the main access was to be provided from 10'h
Avenue at approximately the center of the property. This access will provide additional
congestion to an already busy 1Oth Avenue as vehicles enter and exit. We propose the main
access be provided onto Homedale Road which is less congested. Access to 1Oth Avenue would
then be at an intersection which will be controlled by a signal light in the future.

This letter clarifies that the boundary issue has been resolved in regards to my property at
216 E Pat Lane and the proposed Selah Estates Subdivision.
William T Black, Trustee for Pine Street LLC, has completed and recorded with the
county a Quitclaim transferring the proposed necessary property to Ron C. and Jane L
McConnell. A copy of the Quitclaim as well as the new Property Legal description is
attached.
I am in general support of the lot sizes along my property boundary and the overall
subdivision layout.
