Case Number ANN22-0000001 / PUD22-000001 / SUB22-000005: A request by Hayden Homes to annex 60.24 acres with an R1 (Low Density Residential), designated Low Density Residential in the
Comprehensive Plan. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting a preliminary plat with a PUD, planned unit development, for Huntington Ridge East Subdivision, consisting of 224 total
lots including 189 buildable lots and 35 common lots. The subdivision is proposed to be constructed in four (4) phases. The subject property is located adjacent to the Mosaics Charter
School at 3121 Lincoln Road, parcel numbers R3479200000, R3479701000, and a portion of R3479700000, Caldwell, Idaho. The Hearing Examiner heard and forwarded this case with a recommendation
of approval as conditioned on May 10, 2022.
This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell City Council on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
