Thanks for sending Elizabeth. I have one other change request. As discussed we are closing on that portion of parcel #R3479700000 next Friday. At that point, HDP Huntington Ridge LLC
will be the only owner needing to sign the DA. Can you revise the DA accordingly? I’ve marked-up the attached showing that change. The only other change would be to remove Page 18.
