Case Number ANN21-000018-SUB21-000048: A request by Hayden Homes to annex 29.51 acres with an R1 (Low Density Residential), designated Low Density Residential in the Comprehensive Plan.
Concurrently requesting a preliminary plat on 30.43 acres, Huntington Ridge West Subdivision, consisting of 99 total lots, including 86 buildable and 13 common lots. The subdivision
is proposed to be constructed in two phases. The subject property is located at 2909 Lincoln Road, parcel numbers R3480401000, R3480300000, R3479201000, R3479801100, Caldwell, Idaho.
The Hearing Examiner heard and forwarded this case with a recommendation of approval as conditioned on February 15, 2022.
This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell City Council on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
